Rock song short 10wrote/recorded a short rock song at 120 bpm in ableton live 9:guitar recorded direct into a scarlett 18i20 then used guitar rig 5 plugin from native instruments. Bass recorded direct into a la610 preamp then into the scarlett 18i20. Ezdrummer for drums. Additional notes:-12. 1 lufs integrated. -1. 9 db true peak max. Me playing a bass riff i used in my ex band. . . 4 measures at 240bpm.

This is a synth riff i created for this remix of "egyptian lover" i am in the process of doing. The notes are a b c d e. Really those are the notes. ; ) thought this riff came out pretty strangely awesome. Please enjoy, use, remix, flip around, share, comment, conspire, organize and chillax. : ).

Actually more of a rhythm synth as opposed to a bassline that i'm using in a song i'm currently working on. This synth is from the blue synth. Enjoy and create. Break through with vision.

Low gain, blues like riff. Almost sounds like something you might hear on the radio in the background. A little all over the place after a while.

Heavy effects, phase and flange, just some simple notes.

I've recorded several variations of piano riffs, but left in the 4 best ones. It was difficult for me to remove the key tapping, so i left some key tapping alone at the end, if you want to try to remove it from the riffs.

Hello my lovely comrades. These are some bits and pieces i salvaged from a few hours of practicing/f***n’around on my bass one lovely fall morning. Recorded by leaning an iphone 6 up against the front of an amp, and then processed in adobe audition. Have a blessed day. Gec gecgec gecgec gec.

Melodic snippets from recordings of me playing the swar sangam. This wonderful instrument is a combination of the swarmandal and the tampura. 15 harp strings and 4 drone/bass strings. In these recordings i am only using the swarmandal (harp) part. It is tuned to c sharp, but i have dropped the fourth note (f sharp) out of the scale. There are four packs with lots of recordings in them, strums, plucks, short improvisations. "short melodic statements" are 1-2 bars. "riffs" are 2-4 bars. "melodies" are about 30 seconds and "runs and flutters" speaks for itself. There is recording of tuning up the swarmandal in the melodies pack. The snippets were taken from recordings done on three different days so you may notice a slight difference in volume and background noise. A couple of the recordings have some ambient noise (bird tweets, wind chimes,)some of the melodies are based around a similar theme but have enough variation to be interesting/useful.
